Certification Support
Green building certifications increasingly depend on proven performance. BEE Sense is recognized across major certification frameworks – as a RESET Data Provider, a Works with WELL–accepted monitoring system, and fully integrated with Arc.
With verified monitoring across key building performance parameters, BEE Sense streamlines certification workflows, reducing the need for Performance Verification testing, manual data collection, and additional third-party studies.

RESET Data Provider
BEE Sense is a RESET Data Provider, meaning it delivers high-quality, continuous performance data that meets RESET’s strict requirements for accuracy and transparency.
Using RESET-aligned data simplifies documentation and reduces manual work, making it easier to support WELL, LEED, and GRESB with one trusted data stream.

Works with WELL
IWBI’s Works with WELL program recognizes technologies that support healthier buildings through reliable performance data.
As an accepted solution, BEE Sense helps project teams track and share building conditions in alignment with WELL requirements, making it easier to support WELL features while saving time and resources.

Works with WELL
Arc is USGBC’s digital platform for tracking and managing building performance, used across various sustainability programs. Through its integration with Arc, BEE Sense automatically feeds verified performance data into the platform, simplifying ongoing reporting. This supports both LEED O+M and WELL performance tracking and PERFORM verification, which can also support GRESB reporting.
LEED v5
LEED v5 is the latest version of LEED, with a stronger focus on continuous monitoring compared to previous versions. Several categories now include mandatory monitoring requirements.
BEE Sense meets these needs and can also contribute up to 5 points to your scorecard, depending on the framework selected.

WELL
WELL is grounded in a simple principle: people’s health must be supported every day. The standard emphasizes ongoing performance, and BEE Sense supports this approach by providing reliable monitoring of health-related building conditions.

As a Works with WELL–accepted solution, using BEE Sense eliminates the need for separate Performance Verification testing for Air Quality and Thermal Comfort, helping teams save time and cost while staying aligned with WELL requirements.

GRESB
GRESB is a leading benchmark for ESG performance in real estate and infrastructure, and high-quality, assured sustainability data plays a key role in scoring.

Through the recently approved PERFORM assurance scheme, monitored data can be externally verified and recognized by GRESB, enabling projects to earn up to 5,5 points on the GRESB scorecard.

BEE Sense - PERFORM - GRESB
PERFORM has been officially recognized as an approved external assurance scheme for GRESB reporting, meaning data verified through PERFORM can be submitted as externally assured for key performance indicators in GRESB. Data collected through BEE Sense for PERFORM can also be used to support GRESB Monitoring and Review (MR) credits.
