Works with WELL

IWBI’s Works with WELL program recognizes technologies that support healthier buildings through reliable performance data.

As an accepted solution, BEE Sense helps project teams track and share building conditions in alignment with WELL requirements, making it easier to support WELL features while saving time and resources.

Works with WELL

Arc is USGBC’s digital platform for tracking and managing building performance, used across various sustainability programs. Through its integration with Arc, BEE Sense automatically feeds verified performance data into the platform, simplifying ongoing reporting. This supports both LEED O+M and WELL performance tracking and PERFORM verification, which can also support GRESB reporting.

LEED v5

LEED v5 is the latest version of LEED, with a stronger focus on continuous monitoring compared to previous versions. Several categories now include mandatory monitoring requirements.

BEE Sense meets these needs and can also contribute up to 5 points to your scorecard, depending on the framework selected.

WELL

WELL is grounded in a simple principle: people’s health must be supported every day. The standard emphasizes ongoing performance, and BEE Sense supports this approach by providing reliable monitoring of health-related building conditions.

As a Works with WELL–accepted solution, using BEE Sense eliminates the need for separate Performance Verification testing for Air Quality and Thermal Comfort, helping teams save time and cost while staying aligned with WELL requirements.
